Dunstable Town FC is delighted to announce a new partnership with The Lifestyle Card. The Lifestyle Card has agreed on a partnership deal with Dunstable Town FC to provide the growing number of owners with discounted local benefits and much more. Working alongside Dunstable Town FC’s existing ‘Blue Card’ the Lifestyle Card will be introducing various initiatives to reward those associated with the club and help create opportunities to raise additional funds.

Following recent partnership announcements with Tandem Bank and MoreLife it is clear to see that Dunstable Town FC are intent on making the club become the heart of the local community and we are excited to be part of this project. The Lifestyle Card is looking forward to working with ‘The Blues’ and to strengthen its relationship with its loyal fans and all those associated with the club. Our partnership will help us support many local businesses through this community scheme that allows businesses to list for free on our platform.

For the past 18 months Dunstable Town FC has operated as a Community Benefit Society (CBS) and now runs as a social enterprise. This means that the Club’s purpose is no longer just to play football, but is also now to be a force for good in the local community.
We do this by providing eight groups every fortnight as part of a programme called Improving the Lives of Others. We have a mental health support group, a group which supports people who may be lonely and socially isolated and three different Walking Football groups. Each group caters for a different type of need. Each group is free to join and participate in. By doing this we aim to be as inclusive and as accessible as we can be. CBS Clubs aim to provide a sustainable future for their fans by becoming embedded in the local community. Their community work has the same value and importance as the football side of the Club.
The Blue Card was designed to help make our ownership packages excellent value, especially as cost of living increases for our communities, and to also help drive customers to businesses that support the football club. We are extremely excited to enhance the Blue Card by partnering with Sean, Fiona and the team at The Lifestyle Card and look forward to a long and successful partnership.
