Nicky is a qualified Nurse of over 20 years, and a Gestalt trained Counsellor & Psychotherapist. What this means is she works creatively with you in the here and now, helping you unlock and overcome potentially debilitating mental health issues.
With the recent national Lockdowns, Nicky has seen a real surge in anxiety, depression which she feels will only get worse.
Nicky is able to offer online counselling via Zoom, Face Time, Whats App and telephone. She enjoys meeting the pets of the family too!
Based in central Andover, Nicky is known in the town for her charity work such as the Jamie G Sporting trust (committee member) assisting at the Pride of Andover awards 10 + years, and helping set up the Andover Self Isolation volunteer group. She also still volunteers at the Olive Branch Counselling Service in Winchester.
