Massage treatments vary depending on each client but will revolve around deep tissue massage, fascial and soft tissue massage, trigger point release and active stretching and activation movements.

Treatment Approach: Tailored treatments based on an assessment of the joints and soft tissue (muscles and tendons), Targeted approach by spending time with clients to understand their situation and their desired outcome for treatment. Empowerment through education is key to help clients manage their symptoms or injury. Prevention through regular treatments and helping clients establish new behaviours that promote healthy movement of the body.

About Sarah: Sarah has been treating for the last 5 years, qualified in a BTEC level 5 Sports & Remedial massage qualification and currently studying towards an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist qualification in order to keep her skills and knowledge current and effective.
