Based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I also teach weekly classes on Zoom. Yoga (which means ‘union’) is a great way to bring the community together and to build lasting friendships.
All students attending my classes are at different levels and abilities, and I strive to ensure all my students feel comfortable during the classes by creating a welcoming space for all. Hatha yoga classes are ideal for those with physical and mental health problems including back pain, muscle tightness, anxiety and depression.
I also offer Antenatal and Postnatal Yoga, which are beneficial for mums-to-be and new mums. It helps them to build strength and to prepare for the birth, as well as life with a new baby.
