At Sama Southwest Karate EVERYONE is welcome, whether aged 4 or 104.
Their classes are friendly and informative. Their instructors take all individual skills, fitness, age and abilities into consideration and have many years experience of teaching traditional karate. Their classes are run on a progressive grade structure, where students start at the very beginning, training and progressing at their own pace. Their Instructors are fully qualified, Enhanced DBS police checked, Fully Insured, First Aid trained and teach within the NSPCC Safeguarding and Protection Policy Guidelines.
The Lifestyle Card was established in 2018 in our hometown of Andover, Hampshire. Having worked within HR, Education & Health for a combined 50 years, we have the knowledge and expertise to know what drives employee engagement and customer loyalty. After the local success we have expanded our coverage to national locations, enabling us to provide a service for all clients and creating opportunities for local business nationwide.
