Amanda is qualified to teach 3 of the 5 programs that sit under the Jungle Body umbrella. The classes are for all ages and abilities. The class is really for everyone. Amanda works full time in an office and this is her hour to go and get those happy endorphin’s pumping around her body so why not go along and join her.
The first class will cost £2.50 thereafter classes will cost £4 instead of £5 for Lifestyle Cardholders. Bring Water and Mat/Towel.
