The Lifestyle Card 2.1 Platform Update
The Lifestyle Card is pleased to announce the launch of an update to its platform. Since the successful launch of our new website nearly 3 months ago, we have received lots of great ideas and feedback from our customers and businesses listing with us. This update covers some of these great features and suggestions.
We have started to introduce subcategories and we plan to roll this out for all. So far these include Food & Drink, Shopping and Professional Services. This improves navigation and speeds up on having to scroll threw a large number of listings in categories.
We have implemented a powerful review platform into each listing allowing users to submit a review for each business. We have 4 criteria’s to rate out of 5 stars including “Customer Service, Value for Money, Satisfaction & Recommended” This is then calculated into an overall score. All reviews will be moderated before being displayed by our Admin team to ensure they are genuine and lawful. Ratings will only be shown on businesses that have received reviews from customers.
We have created 4 handpicked collections covering: Planning A Wedding, Starting A Business, Moving Home and Relaxing & Rejuvenating. The idea is to allow potential customer a go to guide for help with these common situations. If you would like your business to be shown in the collections you will be required to offer an appropriate/relevant discount to your desired collection.
Marketing Material Area
We now have a marketing area! Business listing with us can easily access marketing material, logo’s, website badges and also request printed marketing material or signage for their business. We are very excited about the addition of our new shiny website badges which are super easy to implement on your website letting customers know you are offering discounts with The Lifestyle Card.
All of these features and more are now live on our website and ready for use. We hope you like them as much as we do and we look forward to hearing your thoughts, feedback and future ideas.

- Multiple Opening Hours: Better compatibility with businesses that open multiple times per day such as pubs and restaurants.
- Features & Amenities: A simple way of showing your businesses features and amenities such as “Free Parking, Disabled Access & Accepts Credit Cards”
- Submit Listing Revamp: A full rebuild of the add listing process making it quicker, easier and more visual for new businesses adding listings.
- Voucher Code Support: Support for businesses that use Ecommerce, We will display voucher codes within your listing with a “Click to reveal” system.
